Make sure you have your current account number and the phone number you want to keep.

Request a PAC or transfer
For mobile numbers, text PAC to 65075. For landlines, we’ll do the hard work for you.

We handle the rest
We’ll coordinate with your old provider to move your number over, usually within 1–2 working days.
